First off, we’re not a bank, we are a brokerage. For that reason, we don’t represent any lender, any product or any loan. We work on your behalf to source and negotiate the right terms.

Our Approch

  • We start with a full assessment of your financial position. The goal is to identify opportunities and pathways to funding, even if you’ve been denied in the past.
  • Together, we identify fruitful opportunities and craft a financing roadmap.
  • Once we have an agreement and pathway, our loan processors position your business and negotiate with lenders to formalize terms.
  • We support you from application through the closing table. We are paid out of closing fees in most instances, and you pay no fees until your application is funded.
